4️⃣ Synthetic Underlayment Installation: Applied high-quality synthetic underlayment to provide improved moisture resistance.

5️⃣ Starter Shingles: Installed starter shingles along the repaired gutter lines and rake edges.

6️⃣ CertainTeed Landmark Shingles: Installed CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime Dimensional Shingles.

7️⃣ Pipe Penetrations: Repaired and painted all pipe penetrations for a polished, finished look.

8️⃣ Leak Repairs: Addressed all visible leak areas on the roof, re-caulking where necessary.

9️⃣ Clean-Up: Cleaned up all job-related debris, ensuring the homeowner's property was left tidy and pristine.
